Our decal sets are made to order.  Once we receive a paid order we strive for a maximum of a 3 week turnaround.  Most orders are shipped prior to this but we do run into busy times right before the race seasons and can run as long as 3 weeks.

How long does it take to receive the laser-cut models?

We have these models in inventory so we are able to ship these products the next business day. 

How long does it take to receive any accessories that I order?

If we have the accessory in inventory we are able to ship these products the next business day.  We will notify you as soon as possible if your item is on backorder.

Do you ship to International Addresses?

We can only ship our decal sets to International Addresses.  If an order is received that is more than a decal set we will notify you that we are unable to process.

What are your shipping rates?

When shipped within the United States, we charge a flat rate of $7.95 and ship using USPS Priority Mail.

When shipped Internationally, we charge a flat rate of $19.95 and ship using USPS Priority Mail.

What if I have questions on an order?

Our phone hours our 10:00am - 4:00pm PST Monday - Friday.  We do often respond to email outside of these hours. 

What if I have suggestions or comments on the website?

We welcome any feedback on our website for we strive to make this as user friendly for our customers as possible.  Please use the customersupport@pgimodels.com email to forward any comments.

What if I want to get my company added to the links page?

Please contact us at customersupport@pgimodels.com and let us know your company and website link and some information regarding your company.  We will contact you to let you know if we have added to the page.

What if I have a picture of my scale boat that I think would work for your page?

We would love to have pictures of boats that have our graphics on them.  Most of the boats you see on our page are scaled boats that we have provided the graphics.  We would like to thank Jim Clark Photography for allowing us to use some of his great shots.  We have also received pictures from Newton Marine.  Please contact us at customersupport@pgimodels.com with your picture and some information behind it.

What if I need to return an item?

We want you to be happy with our products so if you are not happy, please call and we can arrange the return and then a refund.  We will accept returns on all unused products.  If a product has been used and is faulty then it would fall under the manufacturers return & repair process.  We can help you with this if required.
